Quiche

Ingredients:
Oil and/or butter to coat small saucepan for sautéing (I use mostly grape seed oil with 2 pats of butter for taste)
1 small onion, chopped
1-3 cloves of raw garlic, finely minced
½ can of mushroom stems & pieces, chopped
½ can of artichoke quarters, chopped
Dash of freshly ground black pepper
4 eggs
1 tablespoon sour cream
1 8-oz package of cubed ham
½ 8-oz package provolone cheese slices, chopped
½ 8-oz package Muenster cheese slices, chopped
1 frozen pie shell

Preheat oven to 350. Put empty pie shell into oven for 15 minutes, then remove.

Chop onions & garlic and sauté in saucepan with oil and/or butter until onions are translucent. Sprinkle dash of black pepper & stir.

Chop and add mushrooms and artichokes and sauté briefly, take off burner and allow it to cool.

Combine eggs, sour cream, cheese, ham, and contents of saucepan in a mixing bowl and mix well. Pour into pie shell and bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Remove and allow it to cool for 30 minutes.

I use one saucepan, one mixing bowl, one knife, one cutting board, and one silicone spatula, so this is pretty quick and easy, with minimal cleanup. Enjoy!
